Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our store.

To be eligible for a return or exchange it must be within 14 days, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at support@cujo.com with your order number and reason for the return or exchange. We will provide you with a return address and instructions on how to proceed if the reasoning is acceptable.

Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receipt of the returned item. The refund will be issued in the original form of payment.

Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was defective or incorrect due to an error on our part.

We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet our policy requirements. There is a 25% cancellation fee for all orders that are not defective in some form of way.
